November 13th marks the 64th birthday for the irrepressible Whoopi Goldberg. Born Caryn Elaine Johnson in Manhattan, the girl who became Whoopi worked all kinds of odd jobs before getting into standup comedy. She also got a Broadway show which ran in 1984 and 85.
