Description: Beasley Media Group New Jersey’s digital sales team is growing again! We are looking for motivated, out-of-the-box digital sales executives with 5+ years of digital sales experience and a proven track record of performance to join our team.

This job requires the ability to develop new business, maximize existing digital revenue while developing and retaining strong client relationships. BMG New Jersey’s solution-based approach and robust menu of digital products requires that this Digital Sales Executive possess a deep understanding of the entire digital advertising landscape.  The ideal candidate should be well-versed in display advertising, email marketing, social and content marketing, SEM, SEO as well as being analytical, organized, solution-minded, and customer centric.

The Digital Sales Executive will have the following responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Develop new digital media business in New Jersey
  • Perform probing Customer Needs Analyses to uncover client’s goals and strategic objectives
  • Create custom programs in conjunction with our support team to achieve client’s objectives
  • Present, close and renew digital media programs in New Jersey
  • Work with clients and our support team to optimize digital campaigns
  • Post campaign, review and analyze custom performance reports that measure goal achievement with the goal of renewal and upsell

DIGITAL SALES SPECIALIST – NEW JERSEY

Description: The Digital Sales Specialist (DSS) will possess a deep knowledge of digital, from tools that work best to achieve specific sales goals, to the elements needed for a successful campaign. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking individually with sellers, or presenting to a room filled with clients. The DSS will be well-versed in display advertising, email marketing, social and content marketing, and will be analytical, organized, solution-minded, and customer centric.

The DSS will work cooperatively with salespeople to strategize and execute digital campaigns for clients, sharing the following responsibilities:

  • Prospect clients for digital marketing campaigns
  • Perform customer needs analysis (CNA) in the field to uncover client’s goals and strategic objectives
  • Create custom strategies and tactics to achieve client’s goals and format into custom client facing proposals
  • Present proposal to client
  • Close sales and execute digital solutions for clients
  • Recommend specific digital services to support the client’s strategic goals
  • Communicate specific product benefits and processes to clients, to ensure quality and timely execution of purchased products
  • Work with clients and digital team to deliver a superior return on investment for the digital campaign
  • Evaluate client’s Google Analytics to help analyze campaign effectiveness
  • At the end of the campaign, review custom performance reports that effectively analyze how the customer goals were met or exceeded with the goal of increasing retention and upsell

Description: 105.5 WDHA and 1250 WMTR – have a great opportunity for outgoing, energetic individuals to join our Promotions Crew / Street Team in Morristown, NJ. Members of our part time promotions team are the face of our radio stations and ambassadors for our two great brands. Promo Crew will work alongside our staff to execute station events, interact with listeners, conduct games for free prizes, and create a buzz at events, appearances, live broadcasts, and more around New Jersey! If you want to get your foot in the door in the radio field and become a part of the great team at WDHA and WMTR, this position is for you.

Qualifications:

  • A valid NJ driver’s license
  • Availability to work up to 25 hours per week during our busy seasons
  • Availability to work nights and weekends is a MUST
  • Must be outgoing, energetic, and reliable
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, and definitely a team player
  • Must be creative, but also understand the “business” of radio.

STATION ENGINEER

Beasley Media Group New Jersey seeks a Station Engineer for WMTR-AM/WDHA-FM, Morristown, New Jersey.  Min. 3 years broadcast engineering experience.

Duties include but are not limited to: FCC compliance, broadcast and physical plant maintenance and improvements, remote broadcasts, data and telecom.  College degree or equivalent service.  FCC license or SBE Certification.
