Axl Rose Addresses Fans After Cutting Show Short Due to Illness
Guns N’ Roses’ “Not In This Lifetime” tour has gone off night after night without a hitch, with a notable exception taking place last weekend when the band cut their set short in Abu Dhabi due to Axl Rose battling illness.
A few days after the gig, Rose took to Twitter to thank all of the fans for their support and well wishes and confirmed he was battling a nasty flu.

Rose must be feeling better because 17 minutes after sending the last tweet in his health update, he dropped a Toto “Africa” joke.
I felt the rains!! No really... I did!⛈🇿🇦

When you’re able to tweet about a meme, you must be almost 100 percent. What’s Rose going to do next? Ask for some reggae? (If that last sentence didn’t make sense, click here for context. You’ll be a better person for it.)
