Alice Cooper is on the receiving end of a lot of love on Twitter today (December 20) after a photo of him went viral.

The photo below shows the Godfather of Shock Rock volunteering at a shelter and serving food.

Plenty of Twitter users replied and shared the photo en masse applauding Cooper for being, to put it perfectly, “Mr. Nice Guy.” Here are some notable responses.

  • Alice Cooper serving up food for the less fortunate while Eric Clapton sues a woman over a $13 CD…

  • We need more role models like Alice Cooper and Jon Bon Jovi

  • Alice Cooper serving food at a shelter. Jon Bon Jovi washing dishes at his restaurant that feeds homeless people. THAT's why they're both rock stars.

  • When I was a teenager, Alice Cooper was one of the rock stars whose music was supposedly dangerous in message according to the church. Here he is serving others. I wonder who is acting more like Jesus now?

  • You know how Jesus told us to serve others as a demonstration of our faith in Him? Alice Cooper is doing it correctly.

  • A reminder that one should never judge a book by its cover! Alice Cooper is a humanitarian.

  • Phoenix loves Alice Cooper and you should too.

  • Alice Cooper is trending for being a good human. Big fan of both.

  • Alice Cooper being a great guy. And a wonderful human being. Is worst kept secret in the music industry and hard rock community. Everybody loves Alice. 1 of the last true Rock n Roll pioneers still with us.

  • Alice Cooper is the realist man in music. Always has been. A wonderful soul.

  • Do people not already know Alice Cooper is one of the nicest, coolest dudes alive?

  • You know that kid has no idea who Alice Cooper is and just thinks he a boring old guy being nice. Lol
