Waterloo United Methodist Church Spring Retreat

Waterloo United Methodist Church will be holding its Spring Retreat on Saturday, April 20th from 9:30 am until 3:30 pm.  This retreat focuses on emptying our arms, hearts and minds of the stuff we picked up along the way to make room for what we really need.  There will be walking and silent meditation, small group discussions, yoga and journaling, and an opportunity to connect with fellow journeyers on the road of life.  People of all ages and religious beliefs are welcome.  Vegetarian lunch will be provided.  Optional yoga class offered from 8 to 9:15 am.  Cost of the retreat is $10 per person, payable in cash or check on the day of the retreat.  Net proceeds will be donated to Family Promise of Sussex County.  Please register at www.waterloochurch.com and click on Spring Retreat.  The Waterloo Village is located on Waterloo Village Road in Byram Township.  For more information call 973-347-7900.
