Summit’s 66th Annual 4th of July Celebration

Thursday July 4th, the town of Summit is celebrating America’s birthday in grand style!  Beginning at 945AM there will be a Flag Raising Ceremony followed by Children’s decorated bicycle parade!  The festivities will continue from there with live concerts, an emergency services softball game, and finally a fireworks display at 9:15PM.  The party will take place at Soldiers Memorial Field on Ashland Road in Summit, NJ.  If weather becomes a concern you can visit www.cityofsummit.org or call the weather hotline at 908-277-2932 ext. 10.
