<p>Transferring back to civilian life is one of the toughest things a vet has to do when they return from duty.&nbsp; However, for over 7500 New Jersey veterans that difficult transfer process has led to homelessness.&nbsp; So Operation Chillout is hosting their 2nd Annual Homeless Veterans Outreach Benefit Concert on September 15th.&nbsp; The concert will be held at the Stanhope House in Stanhope, New Jersey from 1PM &ndash; 6PM.&nbsp; All proceeds will go to help the thousands of returning vets find homes. &nbsp;</p>
