The annual Morristown/ Morris Township Memorial Day parade will be held this year on Monday, May 27, 2019.
The pre-parade ceremonies will be held at the township municipal building located at 50 Woodland Ave, starting at 10:00 a.m.. These services will be followed by the parade, beginning at 10:30 a.m. The main services will continue on the green in Morristown at 11:00 a.m.
The parade will follow its usual route on Woodland Ave to South Street, with its terminus to be at the Green in Morristown. At the Green we will pause in our hectic lives, to once again remember those, who gave the most one can give to their country and for their fellow countrymen.
In the event of rain, only the parade will be cancelled. The main service will be held indoors at the Morris Township Building meeting room at 10:30 a.m.
