Memorial and Veterans Day Association of Morristown and Morris Township

The Memorial and Veterans Day Association of Morristown and Morris Township will be sponsoring its annual Veterans Day services on Sunday, November 11, 2018. The day will begin at 7:45 a.m. with the laying of wreaths and Honor Guard salute at the Veteran and War Memorials in the town and township. Following the wreath laying, the main service will move to the Green in Morristown, where the main address will follow the annual church bell ringing at 11:00 a.m.

The keynote speaker this year will be Dr. Elizabeth M. Norman, Professor NYU & Rutgers, Noted Author with Many Awards, History of Women at War, with Long Family Military Career.

*In the event of rain, services will be held in the Morris Township Municipal Building Meeting Room, 50 Woodland Avenue at 11:00 a.m.
