Knights of Columbus Elizabeth Ann Seton Council #6904 Semi‐Annual “Jerry Martino Memorial Blood Drive”

The Elizabeth Ann Seton Council #6904 of the Knights of Columbus will hold its Semi-Annual “Jerry Martino Memorial Blood Drive” on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Our Lady of Mercy Parish Center at 90 Whippany Road in Whippany. If your last blood donation was on or before August 11, 2018, then you are an eligible donor.
You may make an appointment by calling Community Blood Services at (201) 251 3703; however, walk-ins are welcome and the wait time is typically shorter later in the day. For whole blood, the donation process – which includes registration and screening – takes approximately 60 minutes. (The opportunity to donate red blood cells, platelets and plasma via automated collection will also be available.) Please bring photographic identification with you. As always, refreshments will be provided.
The need for blood is constant and critical, especially in the New York / New Jersey metropolitan area and especially as the overall population ages. Please consider donating if you are able.
