Heroes for Kids Cancer

The Make Some Noise Foundation, a childhood cancer research foundation, will host its “Heroes for Kids Cancer” walk, 5K run, and related festivities from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, at the Giralda Farms office campus in Madison. The event will feature lunch, face painting, free t-shirts, and two hours of live music from the Nerds. $25 gets you all of this plus the chance to be a HERO for kids with cancer!  Registrants who raise a minimum of $100 will receive a “Gold Heroes Cape,” with gold being the representative color for the fight against childhood cancer.
