On Saturday, September 10th, thousands of New Yorkers will join hands and create a human chain stretching from Battery Park up the Hudson River to commemorate 9/11.&nbsp; Please join Community Board 1, as we stand together to show the world our strength, unity and resolve to build a better tomorrow. Everyone is welcome. On-site check-in begins at 7:30am.
