GFWC Woman’s Club of the Denville/Rockaway

With school just around corner and school supply shopping already underway, the GFWC Woman’s Club of the Denville/Rockaway area are partnering up with the GFWC Woman’s Club of Mountain Lakes to help those who are less fortunate this season.  There are collection sites for donations of back-to-school supplies at the locations listed below and supplies may be brought to these sites until August 24. Some supplies that are needed, but not limited to, include; new back packs, pens, pencils, filler paper, 3-ring binders, 3 & 5 subject notebooks, highlighters, scientific calculators, index cards, folders, markers, glue sticks, tape, erasers, pencil sharpeners, scissors (kid size), pencil cases, rulers,  and soft-sided insulated lunch bags. All donations will be distributed by local service agencies. The GFMC Women’s Club will also be setting up a table for collections at the Rockaway Shoprite, located at 437 Rt.46, on Sunday, August 21, from 10 am through 2:30 pm.
