Fire Watch Festival

Join Rock Our Vets and Veterans Affairs of Fair Lawn for their Fire Watch Festival on September 22 at Memorial School and Park in Fair Lawn! A community celebration for our Veterans and Military, the festival will include a Veteran’s information and outreach fair, car show, activities for your children, raffle prizes for Veterans, and a Military Appreciation Concert featuring local bands! It is open to everyone regardless of residency or military status and is FREE!

Rock Our Vets is an “all-volunteer,” 501(c)3, non-political, non-profit charity organization whose mission is to do whatever needs to be done for veterans in need and their families. Founded by Dave Mason and Ted Knapp, Rock Our Vets has become a resource for our Veterans in need. Whether it is providing food and clothing, helping them gain employment, or even providing a laptop computer to further their educational pursuits, Rock Our Vets is supporting their efforts.

Rock Our Vets has enlisted the help of a few artists from the Rock N Roll community, including Kip Winger (Winger), Mark Farner (Grand Funk Railroad), and band, America.
