Colonial Cooking Contest

Do you know any traditional colonial recipes? The Museum of Early Trades and Crafts is hosting the Colonial Cooking Contest on Saturday, January 28th from 10 AM to 5 PM. Find a historic recipe,  enter it and your dish could win! Participants must use a recipe from Early American times, and make it as close to the original as possible, cookbooks and recipes are available at the museum. Space is limited, pre-register by Wednesday, January 25th. Children and family division will be held at 10 AM and the adult division at 2 PM. Registration for participants is $5.00 and regular admission for all others; $5.00 for adults $3.00 for seniors, student and children; free admission for children under 6.
