 Hello Everyone! Please come out and join us on September 26th, 2011, as we enjoy a day of golf and support the Christopher Shotwell Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The Christopher Shotwell Memorial Scholarship Fund was set up to remember our dear friend and support Morristown High School Athletics, and the American Heart Association. We are a full IRS 501 (c) non-profit entity and a portion of your golf and / or sponsorship is tax deductable. Tax ID# 20-1273631

11am – Registration Begins
1pm – Modified Shotgun Start
5:30pm – Buffet Dinner, Awards and Prizes

Per Golfer $150
Per Foursome $600
Dinner Only $75

Tee Box $200
Event Hole / Cart $500
Fabulous Prize Hole $500
Dinner Sponsor $1,000

Once you register, we will send you the registration form by email. Please Print out the Golf Registration Form, and follow the instructions. You can also pay for golf, sponsorships, and donations using Pay Pal, instructions will be provided at that time as well.
