Christmas: Then and Now. Eleventh Annual Festival of Trees

‘Christmas:  Then and Now, the Eleventh Annual Festival of Trees’ will be presented by The Senior Resource Center in Chester beginning on December 6th through December 13th.  The Festival of Trees will bring together families, communities, businesses and civic organizations to decorate trees which will then be silently auctioned off during the week-long event.  The proceeds will help benefit The Senior Resource Center.
