Aerospace Month

At the Whippanong Library, April is Aerospace Month! To celebrate, the library is holding a “Go For the Stars” event on Friday, April 20th starting at 7pm.  Ages 5 and up are welcomed to the event as the library lifts off with a hands-on multimedia presentation.  Robo the friendly robot, who walks, moves and interacts with the audience, will help teach the guests about orbits, microgravity, rockets, living in space, and much more! Come out and possibly be selected to dress up in an astronaut flight suit and perform live demonstrations and experiments!  The library is located at 1000 Rt. 10 in Whippany, NJ.  For more information, or to pre-register, please contact the library at (973) 428-2460
