Family & Community Services of Somerset County (FCSSC) is holding its premier annual fundraiser, “Taking Strides Towards Wellness” previously known as “Don’t Fall, Let’s Run!” 5K Run/Walk and Kids Sprint at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater, NJ on Saturday, October 12, 2019. This is a family friendly event which will draw approximately 300 attendees. This event also includes raising awareness to mental health and substance abuse issues that exist in our community. Besides ‘the race” and being surrounded by people who support our mission, there will be 100% polyester wicking shirts, prizes and goody bags for our attendees. Our “Taking Strides Towards Wellness” Event provides businesses and merchants with a lucrative opportunity for exposure, as well.
FCSSC is a New Jersey based 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable agency(tax I.D. #221508565) that provides a wide range of counseling and other services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in Somerset County and surrounding areas for almost 60 years.
There are many ways that your business or family can participate in this exciting event.
1. Make a tax-deductible donation of merchandise, services, or gift certificates. There will be recognition of your donations on our donor list.
2. Become a Sponsor of our event. Please see enclosed form.
