On May 3rd, Wear the Cape is sponsoring a 5K, Kids’ 100-Yard Dash, and Family Festival for the Kidkind foundation, the Warren Recreation Commission’s Summer Camp Scholarship Fund, and Teens Connecting with Teens. The events will take place at the Warren Township Municipal Complex Pavilion. Preregistration for the 5K is $22, and the Kid’s 100-Yard Dash is only $7. Onsite registration for the 5K is $30. Check in for the 5K begins at 7:45am and the race starts at 8:30am. The Kid’s 100-Yard Dash will take place at 10am, followed by the Family Festival, which will be packed with games, crafts, food, music, and fun.
