Join the Scandinavian Heritage Society on June 23rd for the 24th Annual Scandinavian Midsummer Celebration and BarnensDag (Swedish Children’s Day) at Vasa Park in Budd Lake. This is a family friendly event which is held in the shaded picnic grove of Vasa Park. Gates open at 10;00 AM fopr shopping in the marketplace which offers Scandinavian and other arts and crafts, gifts and prepackaged food. A Flag Parade and Opening Ceremonies begin at 12:30 PM followed by live entertainment. Relax and have lunch in the grove while enjoying the Scandinavian food offered at the food court.
