11th Hour Rescue’s Ice Cream Social

The Dog Days of Summer are here and things can only get warmer!  That’s why Eleventh Hour Rescue has announced their 8th Annual Ice Cream Social slated for July 27th!  Hosted by 11th Hour Rescue at Paws-itive Experience, located at 114 Beach Street in Rockaway beginning at 11AM through 3PM.  With a fun filled fairytale-themed afternoon planned you and your four-legged family members are very much encouraged to come in your best fairytale garments for a costume contest!  You can also strike a pose with your furry prince or princess for a keepsake portrait drawn by artist Laurie Harden.  If you wish to attend you can purchase your tickets at the door or in advance at http:bit.ly/EHRIcecream, tickets are just $5 for adults, $4 for children 10 and under, while admission for your pet is free.  HER asks that all dogs be leashed at all times.  For more information on the Ice Cream Social or for more information on how to adopt a pet from 11th Hour Rescue you can visit their website www.ehrdogs.org.
