Jersey Shore’s Top Airbnb Rentals Span 12 Towns From Asbury Park to Cape May

Sycamore By The Sea in Asbury Park has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It costs $312 per night. You'll find it three blocks from the shoreline. Beach passes come with the rental, plus an outdoor shower and Smart Home Assistant technology.

A craftsman cottage in Ocean Grove starts at $323 per night. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Guests gave it a five-star rating, and it provides shared access to the water.

Belmar has two properties that work for different group sizes. The Captain's Cottage fits four guests at $95 per night with one bedroom and sits across from Shark River. Want more space? The Seagull's Nest sleeps 10 people at $241 per night and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two game rooms with arcade equipment.

Two Cape May properties round out the list. The Colonial Boathouse starts at $185 per night with two bedrooms. A saltbox bungalow in North Cape May costs $160 per night and includes a hot tub and bikes.
