Chocolate Expo will make its way to the New Jersey Expo Center, which will have baked goods, specialty foods, cheeses, craft sodas, and wine. For the event they will also have several vendors including Popcorn For The People, Stella's Empanadas, The Coffee House, and much more.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM The Chocolate Expo Opens
11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Meet Princes, Princesses & Other Costumed Characters
11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Kidz Zone with Face Painting, Balloon Twisting & Crafts
11:00 AM Music Performance by Wide Variety
12:00 PM The Extreme Magic of Eric Wilzig
1:00 PM Music Performance by Wide Variety
2:00 PM The Extreme Magic of Eric Wilzig
3:00 PM Wine Talk by Devon Perry, NJ Wine Growers Association
4:00 PM Demonstration by Celebrity Chef Larry Rosenberg, as seen on Food Network
The event is created by Marvin Baum of the Baum Image Group. Baum put on an event for Albany, New York in 2006 which ultimately led to the creation of the largest chocolate event in the United States.
The Chocolate Expo also will be heading to Massachusetts on Sunday, January 29, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Shriner's Auditorium in Wilmington, Massachusetts.
