It’s been about a year since fans of Schitt’s Creek bid the Rose Family “best wishes, warmest regards”, but now a piece of show history could be yours!
The Rosebud Motel where most of the filming of the popular show took place is on the market for $1.6 million.
Actually called the Hockley Motel, it’s located about 50 miles from Toronto in Moro, Ontario (308399 Hockley Road, Mono, Ontario, Canada).
Oh yeah, if you’re a fan of the show and are thinking about buying the hotel you should know that the “Rosebud Motel” sign isn’t included in the sale.
Check out its listing on Colliers.
