Global COVID-19 Cases Top 100 Million
Health officials around the world have confirmed more than 100 million cases of COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic.
The milestone comes less than three months after the world reached 50 million cases – but it took nine months to reach that number.
The U.S. continues to lead the world with more than 25 million confirmed cases, Johns Hopkins reports. India is second with 10.5 million cases, followed by Brazil with nearly 9 million.
