On January 10, 1999, the New Jersey-based show changed television forever. The HBO series ran for a total of 6 seasons and 86 episodes.

The Sopranos followed the life of mob boss, husband, and father, Tony Soprano. It starred the late actor James Gandolfini as the lead.

The drama series was created by David Chase and had won a total of 21 Primetime Emmy Awards in 111 nominations since its debut.
