Chang was a celebrity guest on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and played to raise money for the Southern Smoke Foundation located in Houston, Texas.
The foundation helps those working in the food and beverage industry who are struggling due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Ugly Delicious host and founder of the Momofuku restaurant group was shocked as he ended up taking the right risk, locked in his final answer, and won $1 million.
Chang is now the first celebrity to ever win $1 million on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.
