With Mother's Day this Sunday (May 10) and COVID-19 still crippling the country, one question many are asking is, "is it safe to send Mom flowers on Mother's Day?"
According to experts, the thing you should be asking yourself is if you've been settling with other deliveries coming to your home since stay-at-home orders have been put in place.
One doctor, Jagdish Khubchandani, says the risk of getting infected with COVID-19 is low and a way to stay safe is to use the "contactless delivery option."
Other professionals say to go with a florist you trust and have mom wash her hands once she touches her flowers for Mother's Day.
