These days, all of social media has become a political battleground. And Twitter, most of all. But that doesn't mean that there aren't some accounts that will always brighten your day. One good example is Thoughts Of A Dog, which will melt your heart.

Another is "People Dancing To Steely Dan," an account that is just a few months old. Spoiler alert: it doesn't actually have footage of people dancing to Steely Dan (does any such footage even exist?). Indeed, it's much better than that. The account simply finds great footage, sometimes from a cartoon, sometimes from another artist's music video and sometimes actual footage that they probably found somewhere online, and soundtracks it with a Steely Dan jam.

Check out some of our favorite tweets from the account below.

Brian has been working in pop culture and media for about three decades: he’s worked at MTV, VH1, SiriusXM, CBS and Loudwire. Besides working as a writer and an editor-in-chief, he’s also appeared on air as a pundit, guested on radio shows and hosted podcasts. Over the years, he’s interviewed the surviving members of Led Zeppelin, the members of U2, Beyonce, Pink, Usher, Stevie Nicks, Lorde… and is grateful to have had the chance to interview Joe Strummer of the Clash and Tom Petty.
