Fifty years after the release of Abbey Road, The Beatles are still managing to make a splash on the charts.

Per Billboard, the Abbey Road reissue landed at number three on the Billboard 200 Album Chart moving 81,000 units, with 70,000 coming from traditional album sales. It's the album's highest chart ranking since last being number three on March 14, 1970.

When it was originally released, Abbey Road spent 11 nonconsecutive weeks at number one. In total, including this week, Abbey Road has appeared on the Billboard 200 Album Chart for 329 weeks. Since the Nielsen Soundscan began tracking record sales in 1991, Abbey Road remains the highest-selling Beatles studio album in the United States moving 5.6 million copies.
