A number of Beatles songs have re-entered the Billboard charts thanks to the release of the Beatles-themed film Yesterday.

Per Billboard, the following five Beatles tracks are ranked within the top 20 of their Hot Rock Songs chart: "Here Comes The Sun" (#9), "Let It Be" (#12), "Yesterday" (#14), "Hey Jude" (#16) and "Come Together" (#17.)

Overall, The Beatles saw a 26% increase of album units sold/streamed in the most recent Nielsen Music tracking week equalling 54,000 units, with 17,000 of that coming from traditional album sales. Catalog streams were up 17%, while digital downloads were up 40%.

Biopics and other music-centric films will likely grow in popularity in the coming years simply for the revenue it can provide for an artist's catalog. The Queen catalog alone generated $18 million in revenue in the six months after the release of Bohemian Rhapsody.
