Brian Johnson Hosting New Show About Tour Life

Brian Johnson may not be on the road anymore, but the exiled AC/DC singer is ready to hit your TV.

Johnson will be the star of “Brian Johnson’s Life On The Road,” a six-part series for Sky Arts that features interviews about touring with Roger Daltrey of the Who, Robert Plant, Sting, Nick Mason of Pink Floyd, Metallica’s Lars Ulrich and  Def Leppard frontman Joe Elliott.

The interviews were conducted in sites specific to each musician, from Mason’s classic car collection in England’s Cotswolds to Metallica’s band headquarters in San Rafael, Calif., Daltrey’s childhood home in London and, for the Sting interview, a Ford Econoline van driving around New York City.

The first episode, with Daltrey, airs on April 28 with the rest airing on subsequent Fridays through June 2.
