Wayback Wednesday: Dean Jones

Wayback Wednesday celebrates the birth anniversary of Dean Jones.

This versatile actor started as a singer on the radio in his teens, then served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He began his acting career after his discharge.

He appeared in the movie “Jailhouse Rock” with Elvis Presley, and with Frank Sinatra in “Never So Few.  After also acting on Broadway, Walt Disney signed Jones and cast him in the ‘60’s and early ‘70’s movies he’s best known for…including “That Darn Cat”, and in 1968, in “The Love Bug”.
