A whole lotta Kinks is coming this fall.
On November 18 the group will release a 10-disc The Mono Collection, featuring the group's first eight albums on vinyl including Live at Kelvin Hall from 1967 and the 1970 compilation The Kinks (aka "The Black Album"). The 48-page book accompanying the set features new interviews with founding members Ray Davies, Dave Davies and Mick Avory, as well as previously unpublished photos from the group's vaults.
The Kinks have been dormant since 1995, and rumored reunion plans have not borne fruit over the past few years.
